How It Works: If you do not see a difference in your dog within 60 days of your first order, email us at info@steadypaceco.com with your order number. We will refund you, no questions asked. There is no fine print, and you do not need to return the product before your refund is processed.
What's Covered: Your first order of Hip and Joint Chews, whether purchased as a one time purchase or as a subscription. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
How Long It Takes: Once your refund request is approved, please allow your bank or card provider's usual processing time for the funds to appear in your account. This generally takes a few business days but can vary by provider.
Subscription Cancellations: You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account before your next scheduled order. Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund under the 60 Day Guarantee. If you cancel after a shipment has already been charged, that shipment remains covered by the standard 60 Day Money Back Guarantee above.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@steadypaceco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
