How Subscribe & Save Works When you choose Subscribe & Save at checkout, your order ships automatically every 30 days at your discounted subscription price, using the payment method on file. You'll receive an email reminder before each upcoming charge.

Cancelling Your Subscription You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription directly, or email us at info@steadypaceco.com with your order details and we'll take care of it for you.

When Cancellation Takes Effect Cancel before your next scheduled order date and you will not be charged again. If your next order has already been processed or shipped, that shipment will still arrive and will be charged as normal, cancellation only stops future orders from that point forward.

Pausing or Skipping an Order If you're not ready to cancel entirely, you can also pause your subscription or skip your next shipment through your account, and resume whenever you're ready.

Changing Your Plan Need a different quantity or a different frequency, small breeds may need less, large breeds may need more. Contact us at info@steadypaceco.com and we can help adjust your subscription.
